教育部关于切实提高乡村教师待遇,乡村教师工资涨多少钱

十二届全国人大四次会议举行记者会,邀请教育部部长袁贵仁就“教育改革和发展”的相关问题回答中外记者的提问。他表示切实提高乡村教师待遇,对乡村教师都进行生活补助。

袁贵仁表示,去年国务院印发了《乡村教师支持计划》,对乡村教师队伍建设做了全面的部署。当前,我们正在积极推动落实这个计划提出的各项重点任务:

第一,统一城乡教师编制标准。因为过去城市的生师比编制标准高,农村低,首先要统一。而且要结合农村教育的特点,要有和城市一样的生师比,除了生师比之外,还有一些规模较小的学校和村小,还要参照班师比。

第二,要拓展农村乡村教师的来源渠道,多方面的源源不断地为乡村教师充实新生力量。

第三,切实提高乡村教师待遇。这项工作在几年前已经在连片集中贫困地区做了安排,惠及了几十万名乡村教师。这次要对所有的乡村教师都进行生活补助。
